Righteousness is by faith, not by faith. 

If freedom—being born again and made a new creation—comes only from the hand of God, then our experience of slavery to sin was never outside His plan.

Your experience of hope in Jesus does not hang in the balance of your conduct. Your hope in Jesus is because of Jesus.
